Test or Exam Proctoring

  1. The Whitecourt & District Public Library provides proctoring services.
  2. These services are a courtesy and not a promise or guarantee. 
  3. It is the student’s responsibility to confirm with the Library Director or Librarian for date and time availability to have the exam / test proctored.
  4. It is the student’s responsibility to provide the official proctor form to the Library Director or Librarian for completion.
  5. It is the student’s responsibility to submit the completed proctor form to the school or institution with whom the text / exam is being written. 
  6. The library does not charge for proctoring services, however, there are charges for printing, faxing, and mailing of tests / exams as follows and must be paid for       by the student.  Charges for printing, faxing or mailing of tests / exams are listed in Schedule D.
  7. Failure to pay for printing / faxing / mailing will result in the test / exam not being submitted and subsequently destroyed.
  8. It is the student’s responsibility to inform the proctor 24 hours prior to the date of the exam if they cannot attend the exam.
